Project Presentation

We are just after completing our first deliverable for the project. A short presentation on the project with a brief demonstration of our U.I. In preparation for this presentation, James and I discussed the project at length, finalising some of the minute details and preparing to discuss our project at length.

James decided to put a working U.I. together and I focused on getting a presentation ready to illustrate the full extent of our project. This was hashed out over numerous calls in the days leading up to the presentation. In the end, the presentation was a success, in which I effectively conveyed the project idea to the assessors and answered any questions that they had.

The main result of the presentation was some constructive feedback, to ensure that we had enough complexity. Our assessors were concerned that this project may not extend much further than a front end to a database. However I assured them that the computational complexity would arise in processing various input types eg image processing. Along with ensuring that we can remotely store and encrypt user's financial information successfully and safely.
