Getting functional

With the date for submission of the functional spec drawing closer, we decided to meet on Tuesday after we got some of our work for assignments and exams out of the way. Prior to this meeting we analysed the example structure and the 4 example specs that are on the module website to pull some parts that we thought applied well to our project.

We discussed different approaches then decided on what structure to take and what way we would divide the drafting of the functional spec up and by what means. We decided that Kealan would focus on the Introduction, General Description and the Functional Requirement and that James would focus on the System Architecture, High Level Design and the Preliminary Schedule.

Our aim is to get a big chunk of it out of the way by the weekend of the 25th and meet our supervisor to discuss it during the following week.
